How we elevated Josh’s Paintless Dent Repair
Josh Downie has been fixing dents around Waco since 2014, and his customers gave him a 5.0 on Google. His online presence hadn’t caught up with his work. We started with a commercial, then spent about two weeks making sure every place customers find him looks as good as his repairs.

The starting point
Great work, and a five-star reputation that was hard to find
Josh runs a mobile paintless dent repair business out of Valley Mills, Texas, serving Waco and McLennan County. He fixes hail damage, door dings and creases with no fillers, sanding or paint, and he had 61 Google reviews at 5.0.
But he had no website, so his Google profile sent people to Facebook. His profiles didn’t match each other. Instagram was under his personal name, and his Google listing had no services on it at all.
The commercial launched in September 2026, and the profile and social media work ran from October 24 to November 3. Here’s everything we did:

We came up with the concept, filmed it and edited a 1:40 commercial that shows Josh’s work, introduces the owner and tells customers who to call. Then we cut it into a version for each platform.

Brand kit
Everything in one look
We put together a brand kit so every graphic, post and print piece looks like it came from the same business, with everything organized in one client folder. The colors come straight from Josh’s world: his truck’s silver, his shop lights’ blue, and the copper paint of a car he was repairing in the commercial.

From half-filled to complete
Your Google profile is often the first thing a customer sees. We worked in two rounds: first access, photos, video and posts, then the search copy and the name fix. We wrote every word using only facts already on his profile, with no new claims or prices, and Josh approved the copy before it went live.

Every customer heard back
Josh had 61 reviews at 5.0, with some still unanswered. We wrote personal replies in his voice and posted them as the owner, covering all 62 reviews he had by late October. Then we gave customers easy ways to leave a new one. He’s now at 64 reviews, still 5.0.
